    Every day, we work on our recipes and new concepts, but also using traditional recipes and products. The timing and methodology used in our production processes are designed to protect the colours and aromas of our products, without using additives.     Le Perle
    We have developed a range of innovative products via a process of molecular spherification.
    Our "Le Perle" range is the result of our passionate research, a selection of delicious gastronomic offers little spheres with a soft centre, that flood your palate with a genuine taste experience. Unique and unforgettable products that everyone needs in their kitchen, our Perle represent a unique sensorial experience, that unites our traditional flavours with the more innovative culinary techniques: a tasty culinary ornament that you cannot do without.
    Our Gourmet Condiments
    Modena is known across the world for its cuisine, and for its Balsamic Vinegar, “the King of the Condiments”. Inspired by this Italian excellence, we have developed unique products, the Creme, the Compote and the Gelatine. These are versatile specialities suited for any type of cuisine, to enrich and enhance any dish. These sauces are essential alongside meat, vegetable and fish dishes, but they also serve to enhance sweets and desserts thanks to their creamy and dense texture. Our Gourmet Condiments can be used in a wide range of simple creative ways, to add a unique touch of extra taste.
    The Traditional Product of Modena
    Making condiments is our passion, especially when they are typical of Modenese cuisine. Looking through historical archives and interviewing the local “Rezdore” (local women who preserve and pass on historical and culinary knowledge), we have re-discovered some all but lost recipes, traditional working methods and historic fruits, that we have used to create a range of extraordinary products. We use no additives, but only high-quality raw materials and traditional working methods: these are the base of our Modena Traditional Products, specialities of our beautiful region.
    The Purissime
    Condimenteria is proud to present a special line of incredible quality and innovation, using only the best of our fruit. High-quality home-made sauces that encapsulate all the flavours of our summers, of unparalleled goodness, such as our “The Purissime” range. The result of a careful selection of the fruits we use in our sauces and working methods that use only wine must, with no saccharin, pectin or other additives. A concentration of intense and genuine fruit flavours that can satisfy even the most sated palates.
