Wild blueberries
Our Le Purissime Wild Blueberries is made from wild black blueberries hand-gathered in our local Apennine hills. One of the most valued “superfoods”, they serve as an excellent anti-oxidant, which makes blueberries almost a cure-all for your well-being. Its healthy qualities are made even more interesting by its delicious flavour, which is light and invitingly zesty.

What to use the sauce with
Since it has a slightly zesty flavour, it balances perfectly sweet ingredients – excellent at breakfast, but also for making fruit crostata, or more daringly alongside seasoned cheeses or delicate cheesecakes.
