passion for tradition
Making condiments is our passion, especially when they are typical of Modenese cuisine. Looking through historical archives and interviewing the local “Rezdore” (local women who preserve and pass on historical and culinary knowledge), we have re-discovered some all but lost recipes, traditional working methods and historic fruits, that we have used to create a range of extraordinary products. We use no additives, but only high-quality raw materials and traditional working methods: these are the base of our Modena Traditional Products, specialities of our beautiful region.
