Sweet and aromatic, our strawberry gelatine is a genuine concentration of fruit that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the soft and gelatinous consistency extracted from pectin obtained from citrus or apple peel.
Artisanal product
Strawberry juice* (60% min.), sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin. *SULPHITES. Fruit used: min 500 grams for every 100 grams of final product.*
What to use the sauce with
Our strawberry gelatine is perfect alongside cheesecakes or served with panna cotta, ice creams and custards. Its freshness makes it also ideal as a topping for yogurt or to enrich a tub of vanilla ice-cream.
