Raspberry
Our Raspberry Gelatine is a delicious product made from raspberry juice, water, sugar and pectin. This latter ingredient is extracted from citrus or apple peel, and is what gives the gelatine its soft and gelatinous consistency. It has all the flavour and intense aromas of one of our most-loved forest fruits.
Artisanal product
Raspberry juice* (60% min.), sugar, water, gelling agent: pectin. *SULPHITES. Fruit used: min 500grams for every 100grams of final product.
What to use the sauce with
Our raspberry gelatine is perfect alongside cheesecakes or served with panna cotta, ice creams and custards. Can also be used to create surprising combinations with savoury dishes, meats or cheese.
