Our IGP Balsamic Modena Vinegar Gelatine has a delicately sweet-and-sour taste that gently melts in the mouth, releasing the typical flavour of the highest-quality Balsamic vinegar. Our gelatine has a creamy consistency, and goes perfectly with both cooked and raw dishes. Also goes well with refined dishes, thanks to its consistency.

What to use the sauce with
Our gelatine goes well with seasoned cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano or Pecorino, but also soft cheeses such as Gorgonzola or seasoned cheeses. Also excellent with salads or grilled vegetables, or meat or fish dishes and seafood.
