Apricots
Our Apricot preparation is based on fruit predominately grown in our Emilia-Romagna region, cooked at low temperatures in a large pot together with grape must until they become soft and the mix thickens, creating a delicious jam with a strong orange colour.

What to use the sauce with
Pleasantly sweet, our Le Purissime Apricot is delicious spread on toast, crescent rolls or biscuits, or used to fill cakes and crostata. Goes well with goat ricotta cheese, chocolate and fresh cheeses.
